Powers: While in his cat form, he has the same general strength as a normal cat other than the added addition of wings. He looks like this in his cat form.

As a human, Finch is very light on his feet. His speed is his better trait as he isn't very strong. His physical strength is definitely something you don't have to worry about although I wouldn't say the same for how quick he is on his feet.




Height/Weight: 5'3", 123 lbs.
Appearance: Picture. His hair is often bound in a white sheath and reaches his ankles.

Personality:


Finch is quick-minded with a sharp tongue. He’s good with insults and isn’t afraid to toss them around when he needs to. Due to that, he often gets in trouble with students, Guard members, and just anyone that happens to catch his eye. Swift on his feet, Finch was an ace thief before coming to Finix. Whether the target was a person or an object, he always managed to obtain what he wanted. The method didn't matter; if he wanted it then it became his. The man loves to tease and will pick out every little detail to get a rise out of someone. He’s absolutely full of himself as well.


The thief has no shame whatsoever. If you're his intended target, he'll sleep with you if that's what it takes. Finch used to work as a hitman-for-hire before Finix using his ability to shift into a cat to his advantage. He’s very good about throwing off trails that would lead back to him and is an expert on how to cover tracks. That being said, he’s not afraid to kill his client afterwards either should he need to. This gives him a very dangerous air and reputation in general; Finch likes it that way.


Despite being a thief, he refuses to take things from people who have shown him kindness. While having a place in Finix Academy, Finch rarely stays there. He spends most of his time in town and due to this doesn't really have a home. The thief gladly accepts offers of places to sleep and marks down where these places are as a reminder not to steal from them.

History:


Finch was born with the name Neishin. When his abilities first manifested, his mother left him alone on the street. He was forced to take care of himself from a very young age, his speed and agility coming from this lifestyle. Finch grew to be small but far from meek. At the age of eleven, he threw the name Neishin away and started going by Finch; call him Neishin and he might kill you, although I doubt you'd know it.

When he reached the age of fifteen, Finix Academy reached out to him. At first Finch was reluctant to go, but at the prospect of food and a warm bed, he eventually joined. Riyu, the Headmaster, took him in and helped him grow. The two became very close and Finch, although he'll never admit it, considers him a father figure. He's very loyal to the Phoenix. His graduation was swift and quick, Finch retreating to the town to work there. Although Riyu disapproves of his thieving, he allows him to do so.
